We never ask for bank logins, card numbers or passwords. Review access is read-only, granted by you inside your own accounting software, and revocable at any time.

What happens next

  1. Step 1

    We reply within one business day

    With a short list of the read-only access we need — accountant access to your ledger, and nothing more. No bank logins, ever.

  2. Step 2

    We open the file and work through it

    Reconciliation status per account, balance-sheet accounts with nothing behind them, the shape of the chart of accounts, and how far back the trouble goes.

  3. Step 3

    You get written findings and a fixed figure

    A document you can act on, plus a monthly price and, if cleanup is needed, a separate fixed quote for that. Yours to keep either way.

  4. Step 4

    You decide, on a call or by email

    If it is a yes, onboarding starts with the chart of accounts. If it is a no, we remove our access the same day and you still have the findings.
